Do you restock collections?
We do restock whenever and whichever collections we deem fit. Alternatively, check out our Always In Style section for collections that are offered all year round - subject to available stock.
Can I reserve any pieces I like before your collection launches?
To be fair to all customers, we do not allow the reserving of pieces.
Is it possible to customise the earrings available on the site (i.e. change the colour of the tassels/have fish hooks instead of a earring post)?
This is on a case-by-case basis. You can drop us a note when you’re carting out, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to customise it according to your wishes.
Do you do custom earrings/large orders?

Are your earrings heavy?
Not at all! The wonders of polymer clay allow for earrings to be extremely light and yet durable. Our heaviest earrings so far come in at 4g – about the same weight as an EZ-Link card!
Will the earrings break if I drop them?
Polymer clay is super strong and doesn’t break easily. The smaller, 3D details however, may break if knocked on hard places.
I have sensitive skin – are your pieces safe for me to wear?
Yes, all our earrings use posts that are of surgical-grade stainless steel that are safe for sensitive ears.
Do you have clip-on options available?
Yes, we do! Drop us a note when carting out and we’ll be in contact.
How do I ensure my earrings last for a long time?
Keep your Clayvoyant earrings away from other metal jewelry as well as liquids. Here’s more information on how to care for your ear candy from us.

How long will it take for my order to be processed and mailed?
While we try to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, please allow for 3-4 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
What are the delivery options you offer?
Local delivery options: Normal Mail ($1.50 – no tracking); Tracked Package Mail ($3.20 – tracking available); Smartpac ($3.80 – tracking available).
*We strongly recommend the Tracked Package or SmartPac option. If you do choose the Normal Mail option, please note that it’ll be at your own risk, should it be lost.
International delivery options: We ship worldwide with tracking provided. Here’s more information on postage prices.
