How should I care for my earrings?
Polymer clay is extremely durable and light, and cures to be slightly flexible. It also means that it will not shatter if dropped, but please do mind the smaller details on your works of art that are 3D and protruding.
Be sure to store your earrings carefully away from other jewellery, coins, or keys as it can be easily scratched by materials like metal.
Makeup or other dirt can be removed from clay components by GENTLY going over dirty spots with a brush with soft bristles or a damp cloth. Only use WATER to clean – acetone/nail varnish/other cleaning products may destroy the pieces.
Raw brass components may tarnish and darken over time if exposed to water, perfume or skin oils, but they can be easily cleaned with a soft jewelry cloth and/or tarnish remover.
Local shipping: All parcels with Singapore addresses will be sent via SingPost. We offer Normal Mail ($1.50 – no tracking); Tracked Package Mail ($3 – tracking available); Smartpac ($3.80 – tracking available).
We strongly recommend the Tracked Package or SmartPac option. Should you choose Normal Mail, please understand that this will be at your own risk.

Depending on the destination country, customs clearance may cause delays in final delivery. For orders shipped to any country outside of Singapore, all taxes, customs and import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid for in full by you for your parcel to clear customs. Clayvoyant has no control over these charges and cannot advise on the charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
